best way to lower just the rear

I am looking for the best way to lower just the rear of the car about 1 inch.. What is the best way to do this... I don't want to buy a whole lowering kit if I don't have to.

probably find a set of rear lowering springs. but you'll have a hard time finding them, though they are out there. otherwise, find a lowering kit with the least amount of lowering possible.

either remove your rubber insulators and put a hose on the top of the spring or just cut some of the coil off.

What he said. I removed the spring isolators form my rear springs and it lowered the rear about an inch. I also had to cut about 2 inches of the end of the spring coil to have room to slip the heater hose over the spring.
