best pads?

for 95 z28 with drilled and slotted rotors, what pads make the biggest difference and maybe least dust too.

That is an personal preferance thing. I love my Hawk HPS pads, but some people don't. There are also many other good performance pads out there. Ceramic pads also tend to put off less dust than other pads.

best pads for what? Stopping on the street? Autocross? Road Courses?

There isn't a best, and what's better suited for one of those categories isn't going to be very good for another.

And ditch the drilled and slotted rotors, they're a waste of money that could be spent elsewhere.

I am using the EBC Green Stuff pads. I know others prefer Hawk's. Others Performance Friction. Pads are like spark plugs, everyone seems to have their favorite. I have seen other threads on this subject.
