bent aftermarket panhard...to fix or not to fix?
In the process of totalling my Camaro, I managed to hit the panhard so hard the it completely detached from the vehicle. It looks OK except for the 45 degree bend in it. Now I have tools like a welder, torches, things of that nature, and I was wondering if you guys would heat it and straighten it, or just replace it?
my LR control arm is also bent, but just slightly, maybe 5 degrees or less. They are both lakewoods and will be going on another '94 chassis I have that I'm swapping all my components onto. Right now I'm leaning towards replacement.

I for one would never be comfortable, even if I "fixed" them. I doubt you would either. Just replace them both, and chalk the bill up to experience. I gaurantee you'll be more careful next time.
