Anyone made there own SFC

Just wondering if anyone has made there own SFC. I have free access to sq. tubing and I was thinking about making my own instead of buying them. Just wondering if it is a pain and not worth the time?

They're not really that complicated. If you've got some time on your hands you could easily make your own. Just make sure you're a good welder (or know someone who is).

Build your own SFC

I am in the process of making my own right now. I crawled under the car with some tools and my laptop and made some solid works drawings. Right now I am just wait for the free time to weld them up. It does not look like it will be hard. The interesting thing is that the divers side is not a mirror image of the pasengers side. Each side is diferent.
