No, but i'm seriously interested in the air ride technologys kit i've read your car has. I called them 2 weeks ago and they said it would be another month. Looking forward to the release.

What's it for? Sorry, I really don't know...

I ran an airbag in a spring for drag launches, but I don't think that's what you're talking about.

Ah, got it, thanks.

But that doesn't actually look like a race car, it looks like a show car.

i show mine and i race it..........the owner of air ride technologies has a 9 sec mustang on air bags.

alot of guys running in the 10/11 range with their 4 way setups.

to each their own, i had mine done because i was tired of dragging on everything on terrible michigan roads but i like a lowered car. was affraid to loose my ride but the ride is actually alot better then my coilover suspension that was suppose to be so great.

now i can fullly control the cars suspension for every possible type of application. i don't think i would road race the car but i can enjoy it like a street car was meant to be which is all i wanted.

much nicer equipment then chassis tech or air lift....unfortunately it costs more too.

i have the same 4thgen setup in the rear that you would use but i had to have them make custom macpherson strut bags for the front. running the big red system with 3/4" lines and the ride pro-e computer with digital guages and remote.

depends on the size compressors and tanks you run.....all specs can be found on the individual products at air ride and other factory websites.

i know for mine it isn't much more then 50lbs...

good luck getting a reply, your best off doing a search. there are a handful of members here that are running the setup.

here is a gallery with a few cars that have it but you'll have to search.

bringing back from the dead to see if anyone who has had their setups for a long time has changed their opinions. i have now had two thirdgens with air and still love it although my first setup was with custom air struts which is similar to coilovers and personally although they worked well the factory setup on a thirdgen works much better so i would advise just replacing factory springs with bags.

I would also like to say i haven't bought anything new from air ride technologies since 04 and i still call every 6 months to ask specific questions about something and they are always very helpful and friendly to advise. when my sending units became outdated ART sent me the new versions for free. A+++ company.

ttt in case some of the old people are around.

4 years on air and loving it!

Thumbs up

I've got the A.R.T. rear coolride kit only, with manual L & R air valves.
