ADVISE: front end and bushings

I should be recieving my energy suspension master kit sometime in the next couple of days. I will also be replacing ball joints outer tie rod ends, maybe inner and struts. Any thing I need to know in advance, what tools are needed, suggestions on replacing bushings ect.? I may wind up doing this at my father in laws shop, however for obvious inlaw reasons I'd rather do it here, even if I have to rent the tools needed. So any suggestions and advise are greatly appreciated.

I guess just be careful taking the spring out in the front especially, using a spring compressor. Pickel fork for the ball joints probably. You'll have to take the control arms off to do the bushings. It's a lot of work, good luck to you.

You'll need to salvage the metal sleeves from the stock rubber bushings to use with your poly components. This is usually performed by melting the rubber portion away with a torch...messy! If you decide to replace your inner tie rods, take care not to abuse your steering rack when unbolting and tighten the nut; also loctite is added to the threads when replacing. Don't forget to grease the new ball joints. Harbor freight sells 2 sizes of ball joint separaters; they're about $8 each and are worth their weight in gold! Much easier than using a pickle fork and a hammer and they don't abuse the rubber boots.
