Adjustable Koni. Need to be changed before install?

I bought some and they are adjustable. Has anyone bought this kind and needed to make them firmer than the factory setting. I want them pretty firm but not to bad.

You can adj. the front an rear after install.
Is this double or single adj,?
Front or rear , or both?

four settings from full hard on the fronts, the rears are much easier to adjust so i play around with them a lot. i like em most a full turn from full soft. R cars are so heavy in the front and light in the back thats why i have mine this way. U may try 3 from full hard in the front if you cant put with the ride quality.
