Angry Abs Inop????

Hey Guys The Abs Inop Lights Comes On And Stays On Till I Turn Off The Car??dont Know What To Do...

Get it scanned and see why the light is coming on. It isn't going to fix itself.

Check the fuse first, then look at all the connections at the abs unit and at the front of each wheel and at the center of the diff. Unplug each connector and look for any signs of dirt and plug the connector back in. The abs is a durable system and any faults are usally a bad connection.

Go to my Technical aid section in my sig and scrow down to the brake section there are some links on how to trouble shoot the abs system.

I "think" it will stay on if you have a blown brake light too.

my has come on in the past due to 3rd brake light blubs being out, and as said above you abs sensor's on the wheels maybe bad.

Also make sure all your electrical connections are not loose at the postitive (red plastic box) terminal box.

hey guys i know my wheel bearings where bad so i replaced the two front hub assembly so i got two new wheel speed sensors for the front im thinking it might be the connectors to the hub assembly becuz i sprayed them with brake cleaner to clean them off i think it must of destroy the connectors???is this possible..
