OK so I finally had a station scan the ABS system on my 94 Z28 and pulled the following:

66 - Rear ABS motor shorted to power.

86 - ABS dash light is On.

So, what is the course of action and what does this mean to have a rear ABS motor shorted to power?

I understand ABS dash light On - That told me to pull the ABS codes.
