'94 t/a leaning to one side. why?

My '94, LT1 t/a which has been completely gone through within the last few years, is for some reason, leaning an inch low on the passenger side, seems to be only in the rear.

The shocks and springs were replaced in '03 with SLP OEM take-offs. So the suspension is only 3 years old. any ideas, input, thoughts would be appreciated. I've got no problems fixing something, it just seems odd that something like springs or shocks would give out after 3 years!??

hmm.. didn't think of that. I guess i hadn't thought that they could just jump out considering they're supposed to be under constant pressure.
