I have a 74 camaro that is in need of a rear sub frame. The old one is rusted out. Can I purchase rear frame rails from somewhere. All the restoration catologs sell is 46 inchs of the rail, I need the whole thing.

 

Well I know of a solution, check the Jeg's catalog in the chassis suspension scetion and look for the "Formed rear frame rails" I believe they are made by Competition Engineering. They are 2x3 boxed and formed to fit the contour of the floor. I brought a set for my 73 but my chassis builder decided to do my mini tub ladder bar setup in all round tube so I sent these back but if I ever get anothe 2nd gen Camaro and the rear rails are rusted out I'll buy another set of these.
