1996 camaro pulling to the right

My 1996 camaro was wrecked back in April, a penndot truck struck the passanger side, taken out my fender, hood, front bumper, bending the rad support, tweaking the frame a tad. Took it to a body shop to be fixed, had the frame straightened and everything put back together. Took it to sears after to be alined. Drove it through summer and noticed the car is pulling more and more to the right. Took it back to sears to be re-alined and was quite disturbed to hear they were unable to aline the car means the caster is 3.4 degrees off. Called the body shop, the are accepting no liability, said the spindle, shock, or contorl arms could have been bent and driving could have made it worse. Im on a tight budjet but would like to fix it. Local manchanic said a bent shock couldnt cause the car to pull. Im hoping for some insight on what commonly could be bent if the caster is 3.4 degrees off.

Aside from the shock, what the body shop said could be bent.
