Im looking for hawk pads for my LT1.

I'm having a problem with Jegs at the moment, I ordered a set of Hawk pads from them a while back and nothing has happened. I tried their order tracking service and it returns nothing, they won't reply to my emails and my credit card did'nt even get charged.
I don't know if its on backorder, wether I should order it again or go with another company.
Anyone know their customer service email address? I only have one of their ordering teams email addresses, and thats as good as useless.
