Anyone know if they've recovered from Gustav and begun filling orders? I haven't been able to get through by phone.

 

Yep...far as I know, they are up and running.

I placed an order last week. It was shipped out Friday and is on route.


They may not answer emails and phone, but the orders are being filled.

 

We are here! We are slowly recovering...we just got power back yesterday afternoon, and now are in the process of major clean-up and catch-up from missing nearly a week. Please bear with us while we sort thru the mess and get everyone's orders straight. We shipped a bunch of orders on Friday afternoon and on Monday, and we hand typed in tracking numbers so hopefully that will update a good bit of people on their order status.
