SLP headers...

Do SLP shorties require any cutting on the frame, etc.

This is for a 1993 Z...

The 02 simms would also be 10% off if ordered with the headers.

No cutting is required for the SLP shorty headers. They are a direct bolt on.

Tom,
I ordered my steet twin today and I just wanted to make sure I ordered the right one after thinking about it. I assumed that since my stroker is internally balanced that I needed the zero-balance clutch kit. Is this right? Thankx for the deals

There are no discounts available for that product. It's also below the cost to be covered by our online ordering discount.

how much for a strange 12 bolt with non c-clip axle rear, 33 spline non c clip axles, 4 channel abs, pressed abs reluctor rings, 1/2" extended wheel studs, performance cover, and added conversion u joints for stock drive shaft. aslo to the brake brackets need to me machined like they do with a moser 12 bolt? and is there any strenght/ durabiltiy difference between a strange and a moser 12 bolt?

Do you have an LT1 or LS1? Actually, this list will pretty much cover this rear. You won't need to do anything with the brake backing plates if you have an LT1 car. The Strange rears come assembed and ready to install.

PRG210
Fully assembled and dyno tested rearend (less brakes). Features include 3.150" ID housing ends, 33 spline S/S axles, 1/2" studs,33 spline Torque Line posi unit, choice of 3 channel (center) or 4 channel (axle) ABS ring installed, ABS sensor installed, choice of caliper mounts (1993-'97 or 1998-'02), U-1602 S-series yoke(1350), cross over U-joint, u-bolts, chrome cover and your choice of US Strange standard gear set - 3.42, 3.73, 3.90 or 4.10
$2099.99

PRGOP8
Upgrade to US/Strange 33 spline Super strength posi-unit (with ABS sensor at the axles - usually for traction control cars)
$145.00

PRGOP14
Upgrade to US/Strange 33 spline Super strength posi-unit (with ABS sensor on top of pumpkin)
$145.00

PRGOP10
Upgrade to aluminum support cover
$115.00

Applies to 1998-'02 -

gmbbp
Options: You will either need to send in your brake backing plates or you can purchase a set to be built into the rear (1998+). If your car has traction control you will need to send in your backing plates along with your axles so Strange can use the reluctor rings.
$229.99

gmbbpcore
Options: _If you can't have any vehicle downtime we can charge you $229.99 for a set of backing plates and send them to Strange to be build into your rear. After your 12 bolt is installed you'd send your stock backing plates to us and we'd credit you $175.00. This option is only available if your car does not have traction control or the ABS at the axles. The backing plates are only required for 1998+ cars..
$229.99

I've seen less problems with the Strange 12 bolts than I have with the Mosers. We don't carry the Moser but I've spoken to a few customers that have had issues with theirs (one swapped to a Strange). I just need to check on the extended studs to see if there is an additional cost for those.

Thanks,
Tom
