Hey JD,

Have not heard anything from you, what's the deal. Should I be concerned?

Sent you email about where to ship.

I have my money tied up here and need to get my customers taken care of.

Thanks,
Dan

Just to update you all, the brackets are in production. We don't have a completion date at this point but when we do we will update this thread.

Happy Dan: As far as we know we are getting all of your e-mails. Are you not getting ours in return??

Thanks very much for the reply.

I sent you an email with shipping information. One is not coming to my address.

I did not get a reply to acknowledge that you would ship to my customer in Texas one of them.

Thanks for the update, looking forward to this winter project.

I'll see if we can get an update. I know they are in process, but sometimes there are delays depending on the machine shop schedule.

It does concern me a little bit since I put up 3 people's money. I am responsible and I have not delivered to them.

Guys please don't get the wrong idea. We are not dragging our feet because we want this wrapped up as much as anyone else does. These are a custom made item, and this batch is definitely in process. Right now it is in the hands of the shop commissioned to machine them and because it is a very prescise process, it does take time.

Rest assured that we will get them sent out as soon as possible!

I apologize if anyone has that impression. It takes a few weeks to get a batch made (typically about 4). Once we receive the payment, we order materials to the machine shop (shipping time) and get on their schedule (usually a week or so). All of this takes a day here, another one there (waiting on payments to arrive, paypals to clear, credit card companies to process and release funds, etc). Once everything is ready, we're rolling.

The shop was to start them by the middle of this week. Then the anodizers will pick them up and anodize them (day or two). Then they will be shipped to me (couple days), I'll box, pack and measure for quality control (ASAP) and ship to Speed Specialty (day or so) who will ship to you guys (couple days or so again). We haven't forgotten anyone and nothing is on the back burner. It's just that a day or two here and there adds up and even working with a target date of "ASAP", you can quickly lose a lot of time in the processing.

This is not to make any excuses, but to explain where the time goes, and it goes quickly. I'll get these on the way as soon as they arrive at my door.

I apologize for not dropping in here sooner. I knew you were getting updates from my discussions with Speed Specialty and I had no PM's.

If anyone has questions, please feel free to send me a PM and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Thanks!

Happy Dan, we'll get them to you, if I have to ship them myself. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.

No worries, I am happy to work with JD. He needs to ship 2 to me and one to Texas for my customer there.

Thanks for the update, I think just letting us know makes us feel a lot better. I am not really in a hurry especially for my own set, I just don't want my customers to worry that I have thier money.

All is well!
