umm, you're going to need a little more then that to go and say that. MANY MANY MANY people who have been here a LONG TIME have spent lots of money with them and have great things to say.

I have never had problems with them and their customer service has always treated me well. You should try to resolve this matter with them personally.

Agreed. At least provide a truthful background on the situation. Perhaps they are not aware of the problem? Usually a vendor here is more than willing to resolve a problem if you give them the chance.

You gotta do better than just that.
I know Angie, David, Paul, Geoff, Matt, and Jason.. All are stand up people..
No business like theirs stays around if they have crappy customer service.

Re: http://www.thunderracing.com

they helped me out when most companies would have just left me out to dry, send them a calm polite email and Ill bet you get the same in return with a solution to you issue.

Better watch what cha say man. TR is one of the best around and I wouldn't burn a bridge with them. Try and resolve it, I am sure it was just a simple mistake. Nothing that a simple chat with them wouldn't fix, give them a call and work it out.

I have to jump in here too. I've spent many dollars at Thunder and never had a problem with customer service. And I've stood and talked to Angie, Paul, and Jason at several different track events that they support. These are nice down to earth folks.

Re: http://www.thunderracing.com

unless they changed things from about a year ago, I actually think TR is one of the better online sites.. They always give immediate feedback on your order, and always had no problems getting tracking #'s.

I actually got to visit them in Baton Rouge too.. nice guys.

I agree. They are fast on their tech emails to in case they left out some small details on the website. And when all else fails... nothing beats acually calling them.
