Unfortunately, that's correct. I'm typically not one to make negative comments about someone, but this is ridiculous. I placed my order on May 20th, and they charged my card on May 24th. I was left a message on June 3rd saying that they my order had been returned to them due to an error with the address. No big deal, people make mistakes. I left them a message on June 6th with my full address and requested a return call. I heard nothing and then called again on June 17th to see why I still had no product. I finally got a person instead of an answering machine this time and was told that they initially shipped my order to Cleveland, OH instead of Cleveland, TN. Apparently they had not gotten my message where I gave them the full address the 2nd time. Again, not that big of a deal, people make mistakes. I gave them the address a 3rd time and was told that it would be shipped out that day. Still with no product, I called at least once per day Monday through Thursday of last week. The phone was answered one time which was around 4:00PM Tuesday. He pulled it up in the computer and there was still no tracking number listed with my order. I was told that he would have to check at the warehouse to see what was going on and I would receive a call from them. I left my work number and cell phone number and asked how long it would be before I heard something back. I was told that I would get a call within an hour, but there was no return call. I left another phone message and sent a message over www.elitesparkplugs.com later last week requesting my parts or my money. There has been no reply to either of those. Maldo PMed me last night after seeing my post and I PMed him back my information this morning. I called today and, big surprise, no one answered. I left a message and have heard nothing. My bank account $579 smaller with nothing to show for it. Also, my opti has progressively gotten worse over the last month, and my only car is now parked. I'm currently getting around in a borrowed vehicle. Sorry that this is so long, but I wanted to share every detail that I could. Hopefully this is all a misunderstanding of some sort. If I could do it again I would pay more and get my Delteq setup somewhere else.

 

Looks like Elitesparkplugs has vanished. I called Tuesday, Wednesday, and today with no answer. My messages have not been returned. Shop elsewhere guys.

 

I now have my Delteq.
