How bout giving me 10% off on the dampner that I ordered a month ago and have not received yet. When I ordered it online, I called to make sure I did it right and was told they were backordered and it would come in two weeks. Two weeks went by and nothing. Then I called, and the gentleman I spoke to said, that someone was supposed to call to tell me it would be another week. No call. After another week, no product. I was told if there was a further problem I would get a call. No call. So I just called again and found out further wait, due to backorder. I know you can't help backorders, but you can help customer service. And no one ever has called to let me know what has been happening. So I have to call to find out the info. The last two times I was told the product would be in my hand soon, this last time, finally the gentleman said he did not know when I would get it. This has been a very long wait, and some hassle. This was the first time I dealt with you, and based on customer service probably the last. I know this was not that expensive of a part that I ordered and you may have others things to worry about, but you definently made up my mind for future business, when there are more than just your store to choose from.

I'm sorry that you do not have your ASP product yet. Unfortunately their customer service is lacking. They tell me two weeks, I say "are you sure two weeks? because that’s what you always say" and they come back saying two is is my ETA. Now I can either not give you an ETA...which doesn’t help you, or I can give you exactly what they tell me (which is what we do). We are all here to help, I know what its like to wait for parts and I don't want you to think we are stringing you along... that is just not the case.
Many people know when they order one of the many item's I stock their order leaves quicker than promptly.
Like I said, I'm sorry you do not have your ASP product. It is my choice to sell them, because they are great products... unfortunately there are always delays with their LS1 and LT1 products. Any of the many other stores you are talking about could not get this item any quicker from ASP (unless they have it in stock).
