Are these 2 websites the same vendor?

http://www.cmotorsports.com/

I click on the banner on the supporting vendors section in this forum and get a web site under construction page if I click on the first link. If I click on the second link, I get an actual website.

http://www.cmotorsports.com is the correct one.
