Maybe their site is just down for maintenance or something. I am sure they are still "there".

They are definitely down, I can't ping the server either. May be their provider, but the server is not serving.

They're back up now. I called them, and they are redoing their entire business, moving into a new building, changing the web site (even though it seems to be the same), etc.
