Angry Re: Combination Motorsports; any Sales/Discounts?

Well, I have given Combination nearly a month to get me the parts that I have paid for. I am still waiting for my Comp pushrods and BMR driveshaft loop. They said 2 weeks ago that BMR was powder coating my part. They never answer their phones. They never return calls and they never answer emails. They claim they are moving and they are sorry for the delay. Well, then why not at least tell me when I will get the rest of my parts?

I would not recommend buying anything from them. I hate doing this, but I do not want to see anyone else go through this.

Everytime I try to mod my car I get screwed.

I'm having problems with them as well. Same story about moving. Very hard to get in touch with anyone.

How many parts are you waiting for? I just thank God that I got my Vig. Did someone recommend them? Did you get a letter apologizing and offering a 10% discount on a next purchase?

It took awhile for shipping. The lifters I ordered were not in the box and the injectors didn't look right to me. I emailed and called and got no response for awhile. Finally they emailed and said they would check on the lifters. They did show up a few days later. Now, the problem I have is the injectors they sent me. I ordered the delphi 37's. I checked the part # on the ones they sent, and they are bosch 36's. In the email where they stated they'd check on the lifters, they said they would exchange the injectors asap. Haven't heard anything from them in a few days now. Oh, and I had read good things about them, that's why I ordered from them.

Yep problems with them too. Ordered the Delphi injectors as well and got something else. Was impossible to get ahold of them to figure out what was up. They also used to build transmissions, and I purchased one from them. After nothing but problems with it for a year I had it torn down and rebuilt. Turns out they didn't do half the stuff they were were supposed to even though I paid big time for it. After calling them on it they said "Sorry, but 1) your warranty is up and 2) the builder of that transmission doesn't work for us any longer so we cannot guarantee his work . Just my experiences.

Sounds like we are getting screwed. Combination was recommended to me by one of the more popular guys on this site. I got my Racetronix kit but the fuel pump was missing. Sam told me that one of his guys probably had it out to look at it and forgot to put it back in the bag. Right. I did finally get it later with my Transgo kit. I bet they are going broke. Has anyone called the Better Business Bureau?

Admin: Any chance these Combination posts can be moved to a new thread? I want to make sure everyone who has shared our experiences with Combination to be able to read this. Thanks.
