AIG, they are still there. HAHA, small world indeed. That countrywide office at 500 was our lender for a while, then we switched to another branch. Give me a call sometime Mike. I will get back from INDY Sunday night.

Hey Mike! Been a long time bro! How's everything going? I haven't seen you in forever, we have to get together sometime. Though it won't be anytime in the next month or so, I'm getting married a week from sunday! We're going to Jamaica for our honeymoon so that will be nice(we got a killer deal, otherwise we would have had a really lame honeymoon in FL because we paid for almost the entire wedding ourselves and didn't have muvh left for the honeymoon). We'll ba back about mid-June, so anytime after that we should hang out. BTW, that's awesome to hear you have a little girl on the way! I can't wait to have a kid(especially a girl)......well, actually I can wait but I will be excited when it comes. I am the tech coordinator at an elementary school and I really enjoy working with the kids. It's nice as I get to hang out with them and stuff but I don't have to deal with having a class, the best of both worlds(plus I get to run all the technology in the school, which is cool). I'm basically getting my experience here until I can get a better paying job in the private industry.

We just got a place(Bella Terra Condo's off 434 right by Maitland Blvd) so that's where we'll be actually after this coming weekend. We have to all get together like we used to, just less drinking(I can't drink anyway so it dosen't really matter).


Yeah, I'm still waiting for Kumar to pull me over as I'm in Maitland all the time. I've yet to see him crusing around, though at some point I'm supposed to ride with him overnight.

We'll definitely have to get the "old crew" together to hang out sometime in the future, wonder if Allen will be in town any time, anyone still keeping up with him? He owes me $15

Anyway I'm going to try to make it out to one of the Thursday lethally injected meets sometime soon - I keep getting nails in my rear drivers side tire so I have to go get it patched again first (thats 2 nails in the same tire in the last 2 months, neither one leaked either, and the car only has 12k miles so far).

 

Yep, same girl. We've been together over 5 years now. Allen is coming to my wedding, so he will be in town next weekend. It'd be cool if we could all get together then but I'm not sure if I'll be able to as there will be a large demand on my time right before the wedding. We'll see if we can work something out though.

 

Yeah I doubt I'll be able to get together with anyone for awhile anyway, baby can come any day and as you can imagine life will be extremely hectic for quite a few weeks after the baby arrives.

 

MIKE!!! CONGRATS!!!! It's been soooooo long... I never visit this board anymore but I heard the news from Camride. Guess what... my wife is due the 25th!!! Please call me ASAP at 781-552-9926 (you too JP!). I can't even believe this, wow. Well, a little update on me is in order I guess... I'm still stationed at Hanscom AFB, MA (15mi west of Boston). I've been happily married for about a year and a half now. I'm trying to get classes done in order to get into PA school although with my trip to the desert last year and the baby on the way delayed a few things. Anyway, things are going pretty well. I made SSgt my first time testing and will put on that stripe July first. Gotta go for now but I'll keep an eye on the board for awhile .

Can't believe so many old schoolers showed up in this thread, and so many are getting married, or having kids, or moving on with their life. Hard to believe you're all the same bunch of people I used to hang out with

Hey Mike, have the baby yet? I just talked to Allen yesterday and they had the baby on the 15th(I think, he said thursday so I'm guessing it was last thursday). I'll let him post all the specifics(don't want to steal his thunder) but everyone is doing great and all parties involved are healthy. I got back from my honeymoon last week and am back to work this week. How's everyone else doing? Seems to have been a busy last couple of weeks!

 

It certainly has been! Emily Lynn Vonderbecke was born June 17th at 12:33am, 7lbs 4 oz, with no problems. The labor actually went quite fast! After the head crowned I think it took 2 or 3 pushes to get the rest of the baby out

Sleep patterns have been of course been nutty since she was born (I think it was something like 1 hour the first night, then 7 the second, then 3.5 the third, then 6 the 4th, etc.) Dawn is letting me sleep more at night and I'm taking care of the baby a lot of the day so she can take naps.

Glad to hear the honeymoon went great, and I did hear from Allen recently Maybe one day I can come out to a meet and bring the little one with me.

That'd be awesome, we'll both have to show up at a Lethally Injected meet, I'll find out where they're meeting now. I'm sure Tyler would be happy to see you and the baby also. Good luck getting some sleep, the first month or two is supposed to be really tiring.
