Where to get sub-60kmi short/long block?

Trying to find something in the 400-600 range (short-block) or 700-1000 range for a long block.

Muahhaha!(Dr. Evil laugh), no I wish it was time for me to build myself another bottom end. One of my buddies came across a 94 z28 w/ 133K miles on it that runs fine.....except for the small rod knock. I did a little hunting around and found a set of ported and polished heads for cheap. He's got a budget so if I can find a cheap used bottom end then we're gonna throw the heads on; other wise I've got another buddy I'm gonna be helping build a 383 this Christmas that'll buy'em off me.
You'll know that I've got something "up my sleeve" when I'm on here looking for a 4-bolt main LT1 or an LT4 bottom end>>>>and yes, I'm more than aware of the fact that a 2-bolt LT1 can hold upwards of 500 hp reliably if you do it right

LOL! Everyone's been riding my *** about that. Here's the speel right now. I'd been having trouble adjusting the rockers correctly. I'd get em done, go 200 miles and they'd be out of whack again. I finally determined that some of my lifters are past their optimal life and are bleeding down, causing major power loss. I'm just afraid I'd run like a 12.6 right now if I went and after putting all the $$ I have so far into it I'd be pretty pissed if that were the case. I guess I could go, run, and then if I didn't want to broadcast the times I wouldn't...........hmmm, might just have to do that.
