Whats my 94 Z Worth?

Considering selling my 94 Z28 A4. The car has 117k on it, but has been pretty well taken care of. Fluids always changed and lots of wax! Since I have owned the car I have been in a minor accident but no panels were replaced or any frame damage.
The paint on the car is excellent except for some small chips on hood area. Overall great looking car...

No leather interior, and it Needs AC work.

Other than that transmission is fine along with motor, still runs great.

I am just looking for a ballpark figure on the car.

Additions include
Flowmaster Catback
Alpine speakers and head unit
And Tint.

Thanks for your help guys

no t-tops?

i've been watching (and trying not to buy...) the hi mile LT1's on here, and you could start at $4800 or so. clean interior, underhood, and 4 nice matching tires at that price.

without AC, without T-tops, and if it's an ugly color (green) you will be lucky to get much over 4k

your mods are minimal, your car is just about unmolested. a FIPK is standard just for MPG if nothing else.

you better sell it QUICK before summer gets here, a'cause then, you'll have to fix the AC to sell it period.

luck....no no no...i won't tell the kid about this one...

Shoot, I tried to sell my 94 Z28 2 years ago and had absolutely no luck, and I had it down to $5000 in the autotrader(this was 2 years ago!!!), and I got NO calls. I ended up trading my car to a friend for his Kawasaki ZX-6R, and then eventually sold the 6R for $3500. That was depressing

When I bought my 02 SS my Z28 had 97K on it, the dealership offered me $2500 on a trade in. I freaked, I was like "my seats cost nearly $2500. So I kept it. Don't expect much, and it'll be hard to sell. I have 117K on mine too. Better to keep it as a beater car if you can't get more than $3000.

yeah, but scott, isn't your car full boat?
that alone makes it a good deal for someone who wants those mods to SCCA or just abuse the car at the track

seems like you posted what all was on it, and it read like a BMR catalog.

i hate to mod a car out to that point, and then get rid of it.

who wants my Kid's eclipse on trade for their Z?

I had people form California to Texas to New york ready to drive trailers to orlando and pic mine up... I was willing to do it, since I was flat honest about what was wrong with my car I would feel bad if guy came and didn't like the car ....

But like you I was hoping for local people.

its pretty much back to stock now except the catback and the EGR valve is capped off cause the old EGR valve was bad and i didn't wanna pay 250 bucks for a new one.

Are you KIDDING me?!? A 2002 SS, and they were going to give you $2500 for it?! I'd have laughed in the guy's face, told him he was a jerk for trying to insult my intelligence like that, and that all my friends and acquantances would hear about what morons they had working there, then walked away and gone to another dealer.

Ooohhhh, sorry about that, I must have left my reading comprehension skills in the car when I came to work this morning. That makes a bit more sense, if it was an older F-body. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
