Post What should I do?

The other day, the maintenance people were painting some of the rooms in my apartment (getting ready for new roommates) and they rinsed of their painting tools in my sink. I don't think I would've minded it so much if some of me dishes weren't in the sink. So now I have some dishes covered in paint. Should I just let this go or should I make a big deal out of it? I think I should do something, I just don't know what.

Where you living at? If anywhere near the UCF area scream and yell and yell, and threaten to contac the better business bureau, the college places, rip off people with price then usually do something like this.

I had no problems with northgate till I had to stay up all night moving my stuff off all carpeted areas becasue they decided to change the carpets about 1.5 weeks before my lease, ends, they werre filthy the day I moved in, and we bitched about them for a year. now they replace them as I leave? Its B.S.

Call the management at your apartment and tell them what happened, if the dishes are ruined they should pay for new ones. Maintenance people are supposed to fix stuff, not screw your stuff up. Good luck, you shouldn't have much of a problem seeing that they're the only ones painting around there.

I'm not that worried about the dishes. Its more the principle of the whole thing. Who in their right mind rinses off painting tools over somebody's dishes? At least move them out of the way or go outside. I might go say something to the management and see what happens. Thanks for the advice.

I need to have a little talk with my management, they have replaced the carpets, rewaxed the floors, and done a ton of stuff requiring us to move all our stuff off all carpeted areas, which seems to be a big inconvience for me since my lease doesn't end till the 5th of august, should they do this stuff after I move out?

not only that we think maintenace jacked my roomates PS@, and games. I thinkm I am going to **** and moan for a bit to them then get me a UCF lawyer.
