Thumbs up Went to the track last night.

Finally got back down to where I was before I did the converter. My best e.t. is still on the stock converter, but I'm getting back down to the general area of where I was before the converter.

These runs were on street tires!

Best run of the night, my first run! With a SES light on.

R/T---- .549
60'---- 1.855 New Best.
330--- 5.559
1/8---- 8.606
MPH--- 80.18
1000-- 11.269
1/4---- 13.520
MPH--- 100.34

I've still got about 2mph to find again. I think when I get the problems worked out and get some Drag Radials I'll be able to pull a low 13, like 13.2-13.0!

EDIT: I only stalled up to 1800 on that run, all my other runs I stalled at or just above 2000 and spun. I need Drag Radials!

Not to much of a crowd for a cold night of drag racing. I guess the figure eight next door took some of that away. Six possible runs.

Once they prepped the track, traction was a lot better.

I got my best of everything last night:

60' 1.618

ET 11.825

MPH 115.50

I got the RT a few weeks ago .500

Holy crap Ray! I got so used to seeing your car as the modded SS that could get out of the 13.0's I guess you've gotten out of the 13's huh Wish I could see your car in action, maybe when I visit(who knows when that'll be) I'll be able to see your car. Congrats on the time!

Ya, I left the 13's, after a short stay in the 12's it's in the 11's with good track prep! Sticky tires do help! to get 1.61 60' times!

Hows the nice cold weather treating you? While we race folks up North store or rebuild over winter.

Ray

It's freaking cold! It's 27 right now and going to be 21 tonight. And the comment about storing or rebuilding is for the lucky ones that actually have a fast car I just get to drive my POS all winter and hope it doesn't break.

I think I ran against you a few weeks ago with the red 94Z28. It was like the last race in lanes 1 & 2. I remember your .502 light. That was awesome. You car is dynamite!! 12.5/ 115mph. , my 13.8 99.5 mph. You have inspired me to mod my car . Looking for a vig 2800 convertor & headers soon.

I almost went. I popped my head out the front door and shot back inside the house where it was nice and warm. It figures that the crowd was lighter and I chickened out. I guess I wasn't the only one.
