tranny questions

I recently had my 700-r4 rebuilt with a shift kit from this place in my town. Whenever I manually shift it under wot it bangs into the floorboard really hard. I figured it was the tranny mount, so I got an es mount for it and it still bangs like a champ, I havent got the slightest idea what it could be. And on top of that it has just recently started jumping in and out of 4th when I am doing about 70. I just hope I didnt spend all that money on a transmission that is going to crap out.
