Suggestions NON Camaro ?

I have this ip 24.141.58.173 that keeps plaguing me... Suggestions to take it down...I currently am pinging it with 1MB packets by using:

Ping 24.141.58.173 –t –l 1024

I want to take who ever it is down ASAP… I want to total destruction format C:\ damage…

could call the ISP and get the name of the person, then get the address, then go burn his house down

get his address then send a very official looking letter that looks like its been written by a lawyer adressed to whoever's name is on the account, detailing what the little brat has done and that if it continues charges and a civil lawsuit will be filed.... little johnny will get quite the *** whooping from daddie after that.
