As for 3.4L blocks Joe may have one for slae some day.

Sorry for the rant I have been around v6s to long in my life, especially 60* v6s (2.8,3.1, 3.4)
My original sceme included a 3800SC and a 5 speed but the rest of the car was already built so I've settled for the drivetrain that's in it for now. Someday... who knows. I'm gonna get more experience with the car before I start swapping engines and transmissions though. I'll let you know when I'm ready Eric.

Chuck,
I still havent gotten any Camaro arts cars yet but I do have a lot of suspension parts left from the others. You can have a K member, both A arms with the spindle for $75 and the rack for $75.

There is absolutely NO WAY it will be "de-modded"! In fact, I'm planning on having Bob Bishop C5 brakes, Bilstien shocks, custom paint, Z06 wheels, mantra hood scoop decal, berger type tail panel and possibly a bunch more horsepower too.

I haven't heard of Mini-Yenisch leaving the state anytime soon

I've got a couple of extra sway bars laying around. What sizes interest you?

Chuck - don't bother asking Sam about those C5 brakes you won't like his opinion. He's witholding an official scolding for my purchase of the decoupled TA until he drives it in a few days. Any chance you may come out sometime Fri-Sun this weekend just to visit?

Maybe we shoudl get the club to start him an out of state fund . he only beat me by 1.3 seconds this time around, not too bad considering the differneces between cars and experience course that is with him hitting a cone...

As for sway bars... I am running 28/15, probably the softest setup on a 4th gen

Ideally I'd love 35/21 but willing to see whats around. Now might be a good time to swap out too cuz I am going to pull the front bar tomorrow for the track

btw cool pic of my car jason took

They would have to be better than the stock brakes anyway. Plus since it isn't gonna see autocross duty anymore I'm not too worried about it having the ultimate handling/braking stuff. I'm doing all the mods I always wanted but were afraid to do.

As for this weekend, I wish I could but I'll be in N Fla hopefully installing a new Kmember and other suspension parts. I would have been there otherwise. It would have been great to be able to get the setup tweaked on the "FireoCracker".

Re: Parts needed ASAP

Thanks Chris! I got the K-member, A-arm and steering rack swapped in this afternoon. The K-member bolted right in with minimal persuation. I was worried about the the car being bent and the new one not fitting but that wasn't the case. All it needs now to be running again is a battery and a passenger side sway bar mounting bracket.

Whoever said that swapping a K-member isn't a big deal, was lying through their teeth!
