parking a trailer in the street

what are the rules for parking a trailer in the street? its a flatbed trailer for hauling stuff and its currently parked in the driveway, would it be legal to park it in the street just like any other car even when its not attached to a vehicle?

the home owners assoc might have rules against it, or the apt complex where you live. prolly call city hall & find out.

anyways, get some chain from wally world, go thru holes in rims, if you got at least a 2 inch ball, get the masterlock ball lock, looks like a hitch ball, but it's a lock. it's $25 at home cheapo, i think. trailers are big money.

hth?
