I guess since your e-mail doesn't work we will do all communication on here. Post here so I know your fiancee gave you the message. Also, if you can't send the one you are working on by Friday then just send the one you said you sent but came back. Please have something in the mail by Friday and let me know when to expect it. Thanks.

Cool

Well, I finally got to this one..lol
I've been reading through the bad responses from all the junior members who seen your post... Oh well, i'm strictly doing ebay now since i can make some serious money on there.. i was only making about $20 off each TB i done on here...

Anyways....

I need your mailing address badly !!! PLEASE post it so i can ship this thing tommorrow...
I've got you a 52mm, with a integrated airfoil i made it for my car, but since i'm having so much trouble, i'm gonna give it to you to make up for what happened.
It's fully polished throughout with an airfoil epoxied on, and matched perfectly to the bores. It is a real piece of work which i'm very proud of.

Let me know where to send it ASAP

BTW, on the other one, I'm going to order blades tonight, so they should be here around tuesday. If you want to send the other one back right now, I can slide the blades in that one.

Lemme know for sure...

Thumbs up

Thanks Shannon! I'll get the other one out on Monday unless it is possible just to mail me the blades. Do I need to send the whole thing in? I could wait untill I get the other one on and have the old TB core to send back to you as well. If you rather I would send the other one now then I will. Let me know, thanks!

I definitly need you to send it. The blades are made for me with only guide holes in them. I have to suspend them in the TB for them to fit right, then make the holes bigger if needed to make the proper amount of gap in the bores. Sometimes, they fit perfectly. Mostly on the later model TB's for soem reason. I did a 93, and it really really was a pain to get them to line up.

Since this TB is going to get there around tuesday and you can't ship until monday anyways, just keep the other one until then and send the core back too. That will save a lil on shipping, and make the mass confusion a lil more bearable around here

Actually, let me make sure I have enough blades first. I ordered some thursday night, so i should, but i don't wanna have to make any more wait on this.

Cool

I forgot..
You don't need to send anything since the the throttle shaft has already been pre set with the TPS sensor

Is that the right tracking number? It still wasn't working. Just checking, it's probably the fact it's the weekend and that's why it's not showing up as scanned yet. Anyways, so I ship you the TB to fix and the core I owe you after I get this one? Thanks for watching and replying on here Shannon, I appreciate it!

Yep, just ship those when you get this one. I actually wanna make sure I have the blades to put in that one first, so, we will wait on those (which are on their way )

Yeah, it's still not showing up as scanned. I think it won't be scanned until monday when it reaches it's first destination (at least thats how they explained it). Right now it's on one of those white azz trucks

Yes I have ! Looks like a VERY nice piece. We are installing it tommorrow and then I will post VERY good words for you. I would have posted that I got it but this is the first chance I have had to get online. The airfoil looks awesome. Thanks Shannon!

Were glad you like it
I put a good amount of time into making that airfoil seamless. I would like to do all of them like that, but it would take soooo long to do to each one.
I heard a prominent whistle when I ran mine at idle. Lol, sounds cool i think
If it bothers you, all you have to do is grind down the center of the airfoil a lil bit since i knife edged it.

I bought a BBK that was in a fire, so i'm reworking it to put on my car. Trying to figure out some hidden Nitrous Passages Hopefully I'll be able to do something on the stock ones soon
