Sure I might not know much about puttig the calipers on but I have pulled the rear and put it back on... actually more then once

I just need to figure out a time, got school/work.

 

the calipers are pretty much straight forward to put them on, I just need help putting and taking off the rear.

 

So you need more of a supervisor who has done it before in-case you run into little quirks because removal should be easy...

 

I was just thinking about this, what are you going to do about reprograming for the gears?! Also, did you change the rear fluid and add the posi additive yet? If not you really need to do that and it is a lot easier to do with the rear out of the car.

 

Ya I helped him on that.. He tosed in new Amsoil Synthetic fluid and gm posi additive.

 

 

Boy did that gear oil stink.. It stunk my garage up, and some of the inside of the hosue. I had to move the rear to the back yard it was so bad...

 

That still leaves the question about reprograming for the gears?!

 

He is ordering the Jet Scu 2000. It will correct up to two gear changes so he can go as high as 3.42 if he wants and the shift points and speedo will be correct.

 

Lol.... My bad!!!! I tried to do it for him. But I waited too long and didn't have time to go get the right tool to get the plug out, lol.
