Yes i have a 85 gt and I'am about to do the 460 conersion I saw your car on bigblockfox's website and i was wanting to know if you made or bought the kit to do your car and also did you buy or fab the Brace that is in the front of the engine .... like behind the waterpump not sure of the name LoL ....

Or I could throw in a 350 but that would be a disgrace to both for and chevy guys.... but hell the way i look @ it is what every it takes to be the one over the line first i will do !

 

Hey man, with my setup I used the Total Performance front engine plate that bolts between the timing cover and waterpump. If I had to do it over again I would probably do the engine mounts. I used the Hooker swap headers and a flaming river steering shaft to get everything to fit. The install is pretty straight forward, some problem areas are : pullies, cooling, heat and traction lol.... lemme know if you have any specific question, i'll be glad to help. Kumar
