So how did everyone do tonight? I'll be out there in a few weeks when I get done fixing a few things and adding a few more mods.

Re: OSW Wednesday night!

I ****ing hate my car. Went 13.32 @ 107.87 on a 2.15 60' before the LTs, and after ran a 13.23 @ 109.8X on a 2.18. Who the hell gains .1 and 2 mph with LTs? I thought they would put me in the 12s for sure with the same 60' time. Oh well. I really only got two runs in because on the other two I could NOT get the tranny to go into 2nd OR 3rd gear.

Tuning, or lack of in this case. I have gotten similar results w/ my car. I have confidence we both have a couple MPH hiding and definately some ET. Be patient.

Yeah, I'm getting over it now, but last night I was HEATED. Oh well, I bet a dynotune would help me out alot, the car has always run kinda rough. I might have a bent pushrod or two as well.

Re: OSW Wednesday night!

I know the feeling, pulley, LT's + Y, & LS6 intake only netted me 2.31 MPH gain, and a whopping .063 reduction in ET. My 60 was slower by a whole .033 - wow. If going by the rule of thumb that .1 in the 60' = .15 overall.... my ET drop would be a measly .113 w/ equal 60 ft times. The weather was hotter vs. recently too, which also upset me.

I feel the lack of performance is all in my lack of tune and that damn PO327 code that rears it's ugly head on the 1-2 shift. Oh well... parts are in the mail to fix it.

Re: OSW Wednesday night!

Well, don't feel so bad...I still haven't been able to beat my best ET prior to long tubes...And I gained less than 2 mph as well...and thats w/a tune. Honestly, I really think its more of the track than anything else.

With LT's, my fastest run has been on street tires instead of drag radials...I believe it was a 12.61 @ 112.something, with a crappy 60'...who knows whats up w/that?

edit: So when are we going to Bradenton or Gainesville everybody?
