Thumbs up OSW Midnight Drags, Sept 7th

A small contingent of the CFFB is meeting in the Lindy's parking lot at Aloma and Forsyth at 8:30 or so and cruising down to OSW for the drags.

We normally get there around 9:15 and are right near the gates. They let us in around 10:00 and we start running at 10:30. We normally get 3 runs in by 11:00 cause of hardly anyone being there yet.

Just wondering if anyone was interested in joining the cruise over this Saturday. Post up if you an make it or want to go with us during the cruise over.

I'm taking my new Z28, I can't wait to see what she will do. By the way, this is the no times event. Just racing and getting win lights. NO TIMES.

Tyler, I live in the Sabal Point Area. It is in Longwood, near 434 and Wekiva Springs road. There is an Albertson's and Winn-Dixie at that intersection. A little ways down Wekiva Springs is where I live from there. Sure, you can stop over. Give me a call.

And the power is pretty cool too. Although, due to lack of tread on this car, my six can launch better and harder than the 8 can. But that can be fixed with new tires. hehe. I have plans for it, but I'm not saying a word to anyone about it. Talk to ya later.

There is a combination of vehicles that will be there on Sat. However this is the last Midnight drag racing event at OSW. They might bring it back, but probably not til next year. I'm not sure about it though. I suggest that whomever hasn't gone at least once go and check it out.
