You don't think they would mind if an import showed up to run a few laps? Gainesville is my home town currently and I have been to the track a few times, but never actually raced on it. Should be a lot of fun.

hehe import at Martin? Don't worry Chuck and some others and sometimes me consist of the much minority domestic crowd there.

I ma hoping to whoop some Subaru 2.5Rs, more strtaight away where I can get them with my massive power 3.4L(yes I said massive power nad 3.4L in the same sentence).

Guys if you are going to go to an event I reccomend this one, this is where the F-body or any other high HP car si going to dominate.

I preregistered awhile back and gettign ready to gurantee my spot thorugh PayPal.

Even if my car is down for the time, I think I will get a rent a car, heard I can get some deals through my company, and they will rent to me no problem being only 20 .

We run everything from gokarts to minitrucks. A TT Supra would be right at home. Registration is limited to 150. If you're 151, well sorry. Be sure to preregister. It will save a ton of time and paperwork Saturday morning.

I can't wait. I'm going on a cruise in 3 weeks. And I'm more excited about the autocross a week and a half after the cruise.

I've got it bad. How 'bout you.

Regulations...
You have to compete to drive in the fun runs.
But you can ride along even if you don't compete.

by the way...

I might be going to an autocross on sunday, I am sure its SCCA, its in Palm Bay also, I don't have work but I may not have a car, but I am looking into rental cars as we speak, and need to get a hold of a manger that got phenomenal rates.

form the looks of the closest place, a Caddy Deville, looks the most fun, but they have sunfires, and Cavaleis, and a couple Grande Ams.

If I go to the airport I might beable to pick up a v6 camaro convertable, but not sure I want one, I mean I have driven enough Camaros in my life, I want to try somehting new, and I mean a Cavalier, I have driven one of those alot too, I need to see what rates I might be able to get.

Just FYI the SCCA is also holding another event the week after that (9/29) at VCC west campus. I would highly recommend you go if you can, its a really nice place to auto-X. I like it alot better than Palm Bay.

I'll make every effort to be there. I've never gone to a VCC event.

I am pretty sure I am working that morning, but I want to start making some SCCA events, I need practice, practice, practice, I shaved a half second off my times jsut practicing at the drag strip, I am sure I will see similar results autocrossing.

Problem is MSCC is only once a month, this is a bad month, for me, dound about 3 differnt local autocrosses, and my car is in the shop.
