as of 07/01/05 the state has amended two additional statutes to traffic laws,they are 1. any operator of a vehicle can be stopped for not wearing their seat belt,any passenger in the front has to have seat belt on , as does any passenger under the age of 18yrs. So now you can be stopped solely on a violation of failure to wear your seat belt. 2. any music that can be heard from 25ft. from vehicle and that includes bass audible or not . it use to be 100 ft away but that was chged and did not include the deep base. just for eveyones info. i'll try and get the statues #s in role call asap.
