Need a suggestion from UCF students

Looking over what classes I need to graduate (most likely next fall) and thought I would ask for some advice. I have to take one of the following classes:

1. FIN 3303 (Financial Markets)-The role of short and long-term financial markets and financial institutions in capital formation and allocation. Theories and mathematics of interest rates

2. FIN 3414 (Intermediate Corporate Finance)-In-depth study of the principles of corporate finance. Investment, financing, and capital decisions are examined

3. FIN 3504 (Investment Analysis)-A survey of investments, including security markets, investment vehicles, and environment. Principles of asset valuation in efficient markets

Which would you recommend, or if you have taken any how hard was it? I HATE FINANCE, so I am looking for the easiest class possible-and also let me know what teacher you had and if you would recommend them or another teacher.

As long as were at it-any recommendations between ECO 3223 (Money and Banking) or ECP 3203 (Contemporary Labor Economics). I just realized all the classes I have left to graduate suck a**

Thanks

Erik
