Hey, do any of you know someone who can weld the AIR fittings on the header shut?? I want to remove the set up and get rid of the pipes, but I need someone to weld the it off the header, and seal it shut.

is your AIR pump broken? stock manifolds? i'd just leave it on there unless you got headers without provisions.

otherwise home depot sells the exact size bolt needed to screw into the manifolds to block it off, consult LT1 tech for the specs on that.

 

I have Edelbrok headers, so it was welded into the headers when the previous owner installed them.

I think there is a pic of the drivers side in the link in my sig.

I wanted to remove it to have more room.

 

I can weld. But there are 2 potential problems. 1, I don't have a welder. I can possibly get access to one, but then lies problem #2. I feel like ****, so I doubt I would feel up to welding anytime soon. I just got on morphine though, so that might help here pretty soon. If I start feeling good enough to help and you still haven't found anyone else to help you I'll try to
