Steve, I plan to - just need to get some money together so I can afford it. I tried to find a good running motor locally, but no dice. Thanks for the bump to the top.

 

Sorry to hear the bad news Brian what brand pulley was that so I will know to stay away from it.

Lou, it's an ASP... nothing wrong with the pulley. However, I strongly suggest you use a new GM bolt rather than an ARP bolt. The ARP doesn't stretch like a GM bolt, and doesn't hold the TQ like a factory piece.

I'm pretty much sh*t out of luck right now, I spent a ton money on parts for the heads/cam swap. The car will be down for at least a few months.

Nope, but you might want to hit Carter up. I think he was/is putting a manual rack in his car.

 

That really sucks Brian sorry to hear about this problem. Thanks for the heads up on the ARP bolt I was going to get one of those. Keep in touch we all may be going to the track tonight to see some Vega run all he has.

 

Lou, I might be out at BMP on the 25th for the N2S vs. Rev X race... without the car though. I was hoping to find some traction out there and try the "big" jets.

Long block sold... lots of people from various boards ask about the LS6 intake, but no one has stepped up.

 

I'll be back in town this coming weekend. If it's still around by then, maybe I'll pick it up.

What's involved in installing this thing?
