LS1, 98-02 SS hood and diamond SFCs for sale
OK we sucked a rag into the intake and now I have to replace a couple valves and made a deal for heads and cam.
So that means the SS hood has to go. It is an aftermarket fiberglass one, looks like decent quality, in primer.
I will take $300 if you can pick it up. I am in Deland FL. I really dont want to try to ship it.
Might consider selling my subframe connectors too. Weld in diamond style from hotparts.com. Just like this ebay item 180127628227. Will sell for $100 picked up.

I am getting Jim Mueller's heads and cam off his old engine. He got new stuff. His is a 98 and we think he spun a bearing or something, so that works out perfect. He bought heads and a cam and the money I am paying him will help him get a new bottom end. He said with his current setup he is producing somewhere around 400hp, but he has an LS6 intake. I guess I need to find one of them now.

Oh, she should get together with my wife. Sarcastic doesnt begin to explain her at this point. Just ask Jim about how pissed she was when I told her the rag went in the engine. Funny, we were just joking about doing things to cause ourselves to have to "upgrade" the cars. Yeah, just about 15 minutes before the rag got sucked in.

Its not here either. Apparently Nick didnt get his tow truck fixed yet. He didnt call me, so I figured all was good. I only have his shop number so I will have to call Monday to see what happened.
