looking for someone to sublease
i'm looking for someone to sublease.
its a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, already have 2 roommates. this is to replace me.
house is located directly across from red bug elementary and red bug lake park, about 2 miles from 436 and about 10-15 minuites from UCF. house includes a pretty decently sized garage.
rent is $365 + 1/3 of utilities (gas, electric, cable, internet, water/sewer) which is usually like 100 bucks total.
