Looking for large parking lots to rent

The current lot we use to race on is 600'x300'...the bigger the better. Need minimal obstructions, and a contact name to inquire about renting the site. Rest rooms (port-a-potties at a minimum), smooth surface (no broken pavement), preferably concrete, plenty of spectator shade, low chance of offending locals due to noise. Preferably within 50-100 miles of metro Orlando.

Some places we've checked into:

- Orlando Executive airport (too expensive)
- Tampa Fairgrounds (a bit far)
- Brooksville (requires LLC)
- St. Augustine tech center (safety concerns with sign posts)
- Gainesville Raceway (a bit far for a monthly event, plus cost is a bit high)

Anyone familiar with any other venues which might be usable?

Not moving, but I was hoping some fresh eyes might know of other sites. We don't have a backup when we get bumped.

The Detroit Region SCCA holds autocrosses in factory parking lots. I don't know if you have many factories down there in Orlando, but that might be worth a shot.

We also race in parking lots of expo centers and music venues. Event-based businesses like that are a really good bet. At any given time, the parking lot is either totally full (there's an event going on) or totally empty.

i think it would be tough to get disney to allow you to use their lots. you have to remember that the autoshow is run by GM, which is a big company and has a lot of money. you could try to get the convention center as long as they aren't having something going on there.

i think my friend nick tulio (him and his g/f drive the old mini and a gti) does the autocross events w/ you guys and he could probably talk to the convention center to set something up.
