Lasik is permanent with risks involved with surgery. I was never willing to accept the risks, and as a pilot, am dependant on perfect results. I am also picky. I do something called corneal refractive therapy, or CRT. It is for mildly nearsighted patients. I wear contacts while I sleep, and take them out upon waking. I see perfect all day, and my night vision is good. Check it out. Oh yea, it is about a grand where lasik is thousands, 4-6+ at Dr Fil's, so says the counselors.
