I may be moving to Gainesville, a few Q's

I may be moving to Gainesville, in the summer and was wondering a few things. One do you guys have to have a front license plate? Two are their emissions in Gainesville? Lastly well Indiana sucks a$$, how is it in Gainesville or I guess anywhere in the Northern part of the state? Later...

No front license plates in Florida
No emissions in the state of Florida

Not sure how it is to live there since I live in Miami...

College town I'd bet...

Gainesville is a nice town. Not really big, but gets crowded from August-May when classes are in session(Fall/Spring). Has a nice dragstrip, and there is a group of performance car guys/gals that meet. They used to meet up at 9pm on Thursday nights in the Best Buy parking lot on Archer Rd. I haven't been back in a few years, but the last time I was there there were probably 30 or so cars. Hopefully Jen(Firehawk95) will see this and respond as she lives just a little bit away in Ocala. If you have any questions feel free to post or e-mail, and I will try to answer them the best I can.

I've got a good buddy that lives just outside of G-ville in Keystone. Its very rural and quiet. But its only about a half hour to Gainsville and all it has to offer.
I go up there once or twice a year and we go to the Swamp and the track or the Ocala National Forset and go fourwheeling.
It gets kind of cold up there at night in the winter. Its been in the 20s a few times this year.
Its kinda farther north than I would want to live but its nice.
