Dude, don't mess w/ that car! That's not just a Type-R that's a Huson Motors TypeR. I hear they weight 750 pounds, have 475hp and 900ft/lbs. of torque. The car needs that wing for real! MotorTramp topped that car out at 247mph and that was with a broken VTREK Widget. With a good working widget They think 270+mph is possible. In the words of the famous writer Fat Basterd, "It's a $9,000 car with the spirit of a McClaren F1 and then some!" Then a local guy tried to test the quarter mile w/ his Gtec and the Gtec said "smokin fast" which I looked up and it equates to 6.7s @ 199mph in the 1320'

That looks like my apartment complex. Did you follow him into the Village at Science Drive? I've never seen that car around here, but I have seen it in the parking garage.

Hmm, I think I'm forgetting something. Oh yea,

To add injury to insult, GM is going to start importing Deawoo's as their new economy car. So in the short term you will have a better chance of getting a factory Deawoo Type R or GT from Mr Goodwrench than an F-Body

On a better note I herd the announcer at the SLP show say that GM is thinking about bringing back the F-Body!! They may build it off the same Holden (Austrailan) platform as the new GTO.
