to SLP day in ORL?

man i haven't been on this board in forever. still have to change my name...

anyway, anyone from the CFFB that i might know, are you going to SLP day? i'll be bringing my SOM hawk and staying with my dad as usual... anyone from BADRAP even tho i don't know anyone personally from that club? any caravans? i'm gonna be in brooksville and would love to caravan with some peeps. if anyone in tamps or whatever is doing that, lemme know. thanks!

i'll be there in the car show, but will not be racing. i don't think the crowd there could handle my 16 sec 3.4L haha.

Its bracket racing so it depends more on dirver hten the car...

HEHE with a A4 3.4L you might have the most consistent car out there and have a better chance to win.

you got a point mustangeater, i know i can run consistent times if i race. i really don't trust my car right now, the engine is making a weird noise (sounds like the belt is bad and it's getting louder,but mechanics tell me its nothing to worry about) and my car feels like it is slower than usual. plus i don't have a helmet and i'd rather not spend my time racing so i can take pics of the cars there and check out everything going on.

Because SLP says so. It says anyone racing needs a helmet. You take your slow Grand Am and you still need a helmet and long pants.
