Tuscawilla Springs? hmm i live in Tuscawilla, dunno about any Tuscawilla Springs. I'm over by Glenn Eagle on the mall side of Tuscawilla. I've got a '95 black z28 with the POS salad shooter rims and grey decals. The front of my car is scarred with lovebug marks cause I'm too lazy to take it up and get it re-painted... Who was it that painted real good again? I'll probably need to do it real soon.


I've got the Escort Passport 8500 and it has only falsed laser once other than when I lay on the horn. I don't usually use the horn cause it sounds really ***** but when I do it goes off with laser. It did this with my old v6 and this z28.

Oh well, when I actually get the money to do it some big-*** air horns are going in to replace the stock ***** horn...

I've got those horns on my Bronco. Way loud!!! Just be sure the air pump is in a dry location. I've gone through 3 of them now. Water gets sucked in there and it siezes up.

I think it was Whistler who paints cars.

My Bel radar detector only screems Lazer when I pass WESH on I-4. I think it's because the doppler is more concentrated coming off of the ball tower. But it seems to only go off when the radar sweep comes past, not all the time.

 

My buddy Mike lives in Tuscawilla Springs I'm pretty sure. His whole driveway has 4 LT1's in it, 2 Trans Ams and 2 Z28s all red or black. I am over there a lot in my slow Ricer. We are always working on something or zainoing them, so stop by sometime and shot the sh*t with us. Later

Either way girlfriend got it for me I looked it up on the web cost abotu $230

I only picked up one false laser signal, but it was driving by Lowes, fornt doors, i am assuming the fornt doors set it off, it jsut went of once, when i get pinged with laser it goes off for abotu 20 seconds.

Anyone know why the radar is turned on al the time in fornt of that private school by university and Dean?

I know some times during the day, it will post what your speed is, but the radar is on 24 hours a day. Kind of odd?

Yeah I'm pretty sure it was his house then. I walked by once and the 2 Firebirds had the hoods up on the driveway, about 3 people there goign back and forth between the 2 engine bays.

The black Z28 (93-97) I think, and the 3rd gen Red I think, were parked on the street.

Not sure if the 3rd gen was freom his house, or maybe it was a friend's car cus I saw a red Z28 LT1 turn in a coupel of days ago.

Yep, its me. Red 93 blown TA, Black 94 TA, Black 96 Z, Red 97 Z. Used to also have another black 94 TA show up once in a while till he went rice. And yeah we're always working on something. This weekend is two LS1 brake upgrades, plug wires, and adjusting the supercharger belt.

well tonight i got pulled over by a casselberry cop for "rolling through a stop sign"... he was cool, even though i was profiled. i was following my friend in his piece of **** ford van and he basically ran the stop sign, and i came up and almost stopped but did not 100% stop and started going again, suddenly this cop pulls out right behind me and flips the lights.

he ended up just running my plates, insurance, etc, and said don't do it again and let me go... bah young kid in a fast car. my friends that were behind me (we were in 3 different cars) even told me they thought it was BS cause my friend in the van basically ran the stopsign, but he pulled me over for rolling it.

Yea, thats me all right....I switched over to the dark side, but I haven't ever been happier. All I can say is whenever that blown Trans Am wants to take a shot at my slow ricer I'm all for it! Or if any of the other LT1s in the driveway want to try I will run them too.

Coolant upgrades, lol thats funny. Yea man after I changed the coolant and added all those Japanese symbols onto the car it feels so much faster. Even if you put in a cam in yours, I got my electronic speaker BOV coming in the mail so watch out. Saturday sounds good to me, you know the place....and bring your video camera cause its gonna be good. As for the Blown TA let me know when you get a starter that doesn't sound louder than your exhaust

Man that blows, I guess you should take it to firestone and have them give it a try. Hope you get that fixed pretty soon cause those are kinda important. Oh and for brakes I hear dual chutes work well.
