What kind of bench is it? Is it one of those ones that the rack to hold the bar is close as hell, or is it a normal one? lol... I am very interested.

Well when you grip the bar where are the legs of the bench that hold the bar up? Are they like right next to your hands or are the a good distance away from your hands?
